You’ll be responsible for setting out the creative vision for Kemari, ensuring it delivers best in class creative campaigns and content, champions high-level story and visual craft as well as owning and strengthening client relationships with key clients.

We are looking for a full-time (35-40 hours) digital player with a clear vision on creativity.

  • You lead clients to evolve their approach and partner with the agency to deliver world-changing creative thinking;
  • You proactively provide creative solutions for clients and inspire others to do the same;
  • You spot rising social and behavioral trends;
  • You present ideas, work and thought leadership persuasively to all audiences;
  • You build and nurture collaborative relationships across the business, whether it’s in strategy, design, development or marketing;
  • You build, manage and support high performing teams, both by discipline or cross-functionally by project;
  • You inspire a team to deliver the highest quality and award-winning creative ideas;
  • You nurture a diverse team of creatives, support them to identify growth areas and opportunities and boost their development.


  • You have a portfolio with examples of cross-discipline creative campaigns;
  • You have a positive, solutions-focused and collaborative mindset;
  • You have the ability to inspire, influence and motivate others;
  • You have hybrid creative skills; you can art direct and write;
  • You have experience in building teams and resourcing projects;
  • You have at least 5/10 years experience working in the creative industries, with at least 3 of those at Creative Director level.
