Medior/Senior Project Manager

What will you do?

As a Medior/Senior Project Manager at KEMARI®, you are the central figure in our creative projects. You oversee schedules, ensure seamless execution, and keep everyone on track. Collaborating with our creative team, sales, and clients, you will work on inspiring projects that truly make a difference.

Your responsibilities

Project planning and initiation:

• Develop detailed project plans with clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead kick-off meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

Client communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about progress.
• Proactively manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

Internal coordination:

• Motivate teams and ensure seamless collaboration between creation, design, and production.
• Clearly brief tasks and monitor progress.

Budget management:

• Maintain strict oversight of project budgets and deliver transparent reporting.

Timeline and deadline management:

• Create, monitor, and adjust schedules as needed to meet project goals.

Quality control:

• Ensure creative outputs meet client expectations and align with brand strategies.

Risk management:

• Identify risks early and resolve issues promptly.

Follow-up and evaluation:

• Conduct evaluations with clients and the team to capture lessons learned and improve future projects.

Client relationship management:

• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and engagement.

What do you bring?

• At least +/-5 years of experience as a project manager, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
• Strong communication skills: you know how to inform and inspire clients and teams alike.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset; you see challenges as opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in budget management and handling complex projects.
