In short, Bloshing.com had the ambition to become a leading player in the Netherlands in the field of luxury silk flowers. To achieve this rapid growth, there was a first need for a technically strong and scalable e-commerce platform, one that is also supported by a powerful, distinctive marketing strategy. The challenge therefore lay in setting up a webshop that would not only be visually appealing, but would also perform optimally in terms of conversion and customer retention. Last but not least; the marketing approach had to contribute directly to rapid brand awareness and sales growth.

Solution

Kemari has established a solid digital foundation with a WooCommerce platform that is optimized for speed, usability and has a premium look. The design and functionality are fully tailored to the needs of the target group, so that the webshop immediately feels familiar and increases conversion. Through a smart combination of performance advertising, conversion optimization (CRO) and email marketing, the customer journey has been perfected. Outcome

By using “abandoned cart” email marketing alone, we have been able to achieve 10% more turnover.

Within 1 year, we managed to achieve a 490% increase in turnover and an increase in ROAS (Return on ad spend) of 143%.

Within one year, Bloshing.com has grown into one of the market leaders in the Netherlands.
